How do I get started with my care plan?

Getting started is simple. Choose the plan that fits your needs, and we’ll guide you through a quick onboarding process. Once we have secure access to your site, we begin with a full health check, performance audit, and initial backup. This all process is within 24–48 hours.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Just reach out and we’ll make the change for you with no disruption to your service.

What’s included in your limited edits? What’s not included?

Limited edits cover content updates, plugin installations, menu changes, styling tweaks, and general WordPress adjustments. What’s not included: custom development, plugin/theme builds, or tasks that involve more than 30 minutes of work or custom code

Can you fix my site if it’s already broken?

Absolutely, we can assist with your broken site. Our team frequently addresses issues with websites, particularly those running on WordPress. Whether your site is down, displaying errors, caught in maintenance mode, or suffering from a failed update, plugin conflict, or malware, we will evaluate the situation thoroughly. Based on the issue’s severity, we will act swiftly, either through our Pro Plan or by providing a one-time repair during onboarding.

We initiate every project with a secure backup and a root-cause analysis to ensure comprehensive coverage. Once your site is stable, we will implement ongoing maintenance, security enhancements, and performance improvements to avert future problems.

Do you offer phone support?

At this time, our support is handled via email and secure ticketing to ensure everything is documented and resolved efficiently. This allows our team to respond quickly with complete context, especially when technical issues are involved.

What if I have multiple sites that need to be managed?

No problem. We work with agencies, freelancers, and multi-site owners. Whether you have two sites or twenty, we’ll create a care plan structure that keeps everything secure, optimised, and easy to manage.

Do you manage WooCommerce websites?

Yes, WooCommerce sites are fully supported on our Advanced and Pro plans.WooCommerce stores often require extra care due to complex plugins, dynamic content, and high-traffic checkout flows. Our experienced team is well-equipped to handle these needs with precision and reliability.

How does onboarding work?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a secure form to share access details. We start with a full site review: checking for outdated plugins, taking a full backup, running a security scan, and setting up monitoring tools. Most sites are fully onboarded within 1–2 business days.

What if my site is hacked before or during onboarding?

If your site is compromised when you sign up, we’ll assess the situation first. Malware removal and site cleanups are included in our Pro plan, or can be handled as a one-time service for other tiers.

Do you support non-WordPress sites?

No, we work exclusively with WordPress websites. Our entire process, tools, and expertise are tailored specifically to the WordPress ecosystem, so you get focused, high-quality support without compromise.

Do you offer white-label plans for agencies?

At this time, we don’t offer white-label services. However, we’re happy to work directly with agencies or freelancers managing multiple sites. You’ll always know exactly who’s handling your support — and so will your clients, if needed.

How do you handle plugin and theme updates?

We don’t auto-update blindly. Every update is tested first, and if something causes issues, we’ll roll back and troubleshoot it — always with a backup in place.
