How do I get started with my care plan?
Getting started is simple. Choose the plan that suits your needs, and we’ll guide you through a quick onboarding process. Once you’re onboard, we’ll secure your site and set it up with a health check, updates, and performance review. This all happens within 24 – 48 hours.
How Do You Handle Plugin And Theme Updates?
We don’t auto-update blindly. Every update is tested first, and if something causes issues, we roll back and troubleshoot it, always with a backup in place.
What’s included in your limited edits? What’s not included?
Limited edits cover content updates, plugin installations, menu changes, styling tweaks, and general WordPress adjustments. What’s not included: custom development, plugin/theme builds, or tasks that involve more than 30 minutes of work or custom code.
Can you fix my site if it’s already broken?
Absolutely. Once you’re subscribed to a Plan, our team can quickly diagnose issues with your website, including malware cleanup, database errors, and other technical problems. If your site is completely down, we’ll prioritize it immediately to bring it back online and working. All of this is covered in your Plan fee by onboarding.
Do you offer phone support?
At this time, our support is handled via email and secure ticketing to ensure everything is documented and resolved efficiently. This allows our team to respond quickly with complete context, especially when technical issues are involved.
What if I have multiple sites that need to be managed?
No problem. We work with agencies, freelancers, and site owners. Whether you have one site or twenty, we’ll create a care plan that best supports your ongoing needs, and even set up managed plans for bulk pricing..
Do you manage WooCommerce websites?
Yes. WooCommerce sites require additional care. All standard and Pro plans include WooCommerce store management. This ensures plugin compatibility, payment gateway updates, and site-critical fixes. Our team has extensive experience supporting WooCommerce stores for peak performance and reliability.
